Your home screen
  1. At the top of the screen is your navigation menu, a series of "tabs." These allow you to quickly navigate to different areas of PatronManager. If you don't see the tab you're looking for, you can always click the App Launcher - the tiled icon - on the left-hand side of your tabs. This will bring up a list of all the tabs available in your PatronManager account.
  2. The Dashboard section at the top gives you a brief snapshot of ticket orders or donations. You can pick a dashboard that shows information you need to see on a regular basis, and embed it right here as one of the first things you see when you log in.
  3. Any outstanding or upcoming tasks or calendar events appear in the middle of the page. Events in this section are reminder events for your organization - these are different from any Ticketable Events you might create.
  4. You can log into the Client Community by clicking here! The Client Community is a place for all PatronManager clients to discuss best practices and learn new tips and tricks for working within this CRM system, submit Product Ideas, and submit cases to the Client Support team.
  5. You can see all Chatter posts that you follow, or are tagged in, here. You can also write a new Chatter post to a colleague from here.
