How to Add Values to the State Picklist

You may have some patrons who reside outside of the United States.  In order to ensure these patrons are able to purchase tickets, make donations, and use your signup forms, you can enable State and Country Picklists!

If you don't want to enable State and Country Picklists, or if you just want to add more State options on your Public Ticketing Site (PTS), we have instructions below on how to do that.

2. Type "custom settings" in the Quick Find box and click on "Custom Settings"

3. Click "Manage" next to "State List"

4. Click "New"

5. Add the name and abbreviation, then click "Save"

6. The value has been added!

Do you have a lot of international patrons? Consider adding a catch-all option such as "Other" or "International!"
