Change the Way Header Links Work on Your PTS: https://help.pm.leapevent.tech/a/1265940
The header links on your Public Ticketing Site (PTS) help your patrons navigate to the tickets/subscriptions/memberships they need.
But if you don't sell subscriptions, or if you want your memberships link to redirect to your own website, that's not particularly helpful! In this article, we'll show you how to redirect or remove these links.
Let's go!
3. Scroll down to the Public Site Settings section; we're looking at the "Events URL," "Subscriptions URL," and "Memberships URL"
For each of these fields, you've got three options:
-
Leave it blank: the link sends the patron to your Subscriptions landing page right here in the PTS
- The best option if you sell tickets/memberships/subscriptions online
-
Enter "nolink" (without quotes): the link will not appear at the top of your PTS
- Use this option if you don't sell memberships/subscriptions
- Do not do this for the "Events URL"
-
Enter any valid URL: the link sends the patron to that URL
- We recommend this option if you want to send clients to your organization's website instead, or if tickets/memberships/subscriptions are only available over the phone
If you update the Events URL, you'll also update the "Add more items" buttons on the PTS.
