Want to brand your point-of-sale tickets with your organization logo or an image for a specific event? You can add a watermark organization image or an event-specific image to your point of sale (printed) tickets using the instructions below to get started.

Once the images are ready to go, you can use the Ticket Design Tool to add them to your ticket layout.

The image you upload must be the size you want it to appear on your tickets. You won't be able to resize the image once you add it to your layout, so make sure the dimensions of the file you upload are what you intend to see when you print.

For best quality, use a PNG or JPEG image format, and make sure the image is black and white.

A) Upload your images

Before you add images or watermarks to your tickets, you'll first need to upload them to PatronManager.  In order to upload them, we'll take a quick detour to Salesforce Classic.
