For events with multiple performances, there's a faster way to create the instances once you've set up an Event Instance and reviewed it to make sure the Venue, Seating Type, Allocations, and Price Levels are accurate (and that there are no typos!).
At this point you can clone it to create the rest of the show run, rather than having to start from scratch each time.
1. Click on the App Launcher
2. Search "event" in the Quick Find box and click on the Event Inventory link
3. Find the Event you set up (you can use the filters to find it faster) and click on the Event name
4. Click on the Event Instance name
5. Click "Clone"
6. Name the new Event Instance
7. Include Ticket Allocations, Ticket Price Levels, and Ticket Seat Notes in your cloned instances
8. Uncheck the discount codes box if you don't want existing discount codes to apply to this Event
9. Confirm Seating Chart - Pick Your Own Seat venues will be cloned along with your reserved seating event instances!
10. Clone!
11. Change the Instance Date and Sale End Date, then click "Save"
