For events with multiple performances, there's are two faster ways to create the instances: the Event Builder or cloning an Event Instance.
If you wish to clone an Event Instance once you've set it up and reviewed it to make sure the Venue, Seating Type, Allocations, and Price Levels are accurate (and that there are no typos!), you can do so with these steps.
In general, if you're building several Event Instances with similar formatting or scheduled recurrences, we recommend using the Event Builder.
1. Click on the App Launcher
2. Search "event" in the Quick Find box and click on the Event Inventory link
3. Find the Event you set up (you can use the filters to find it faster) and click on the Event name
4. Click on the Event Instance name
5. Click "Clone"
6. Name the new Event Instance
7. Include Ticket Allocations, Ticket Price Levels, and Ticket Seat Notes in your cloned instances
8. Uncheck the discount codes box if you don't want existing discount codes to apply to this Event
9. Confirm Seating Chart - Pick Your Own Seat venues will be cloned along with your reserved seating event instances!
10. Clone!
11. Change the Instance Date and Sale End Date, then click "Save"
