By default, your patrons go through the Discount page during the purchase path on your Public Ticketing Site (PTS).

If you'd like your patrons to have one less click between them and the "Purchase" button, though, you can disable the Discount page! Instead, they'll be able to apply a Discount Code on the payment screen. This only takes about five minutes, so let's jump in!

Plus, at the end, we'll cover some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

The discount page as it appears by default; follow the steps below to disable it.

1. Go to PatronTicket Settings via the PatronTicket Hub

2. Click Edit

3. Find the Public Site Settings section, then scroll down to the bottom of it and check the "Disable Discount Page" checkbox

4. Scroll back up and click Save

5. That's it! Your patrons will now see this field on the purchase page:

But what happens if I don't have any discount codes?

If you have no active discount codes, neither the page nor the field will show up on your PTS.

Warning!

Never disable the "Exchange Code" Discount Code. It is required by the system, and doesn't affect whether or not your Discount Code page shows up in checkout.
