If one of your venues only has a single section, why should your patrons have to select that section when purchasing tickets in that venue?
Well, now they don't! With a small tweak to the venue record, your patrons can bypass the Section Selection map on your Public Ticketing Site when purchasing tickets to shows in that venue. This eliminates an unnecessary step in the online ticket purchasing process.
This process should take around ten minutes; let's get started!
This map goes to all available seats, so let's skip this extra step and go right to the seat selection map!
1. Click on the App Launcher
2. Search for and select "Venues"
3. Click on the venue whose Section Select map you'd like to skip
4. Click "Edit"
5. Check the "Skip Section Selection" box, and then click "Save"
Skipping the Section Selection map only works on single-section venues; if you check this box in a multi-section venue, it won't work - patrons will still be directed to the Section Selection map on your PTS.
6. Repeat for any other single-section venues you'd like to enable the skip for
