Reporting on Automated Communication Emails

Not sure if your patrons are getting their pre- and post-show emails? You can report on that!

1. Head to the Reports tab, make sure you've selected "All Reports", then search "AutoComms: Recipients by Show"

2. If nothing showed up, click New

You found a report? Great! Edit that report, update the filters, and you're good to go!

3. Search for, select, and use the "Ticket Orders with Ticket Order Items and Contact" report type

4. Add columns and this grouping

  1. Add this grouping
    1. Event Instance Name
  2. Add these columns
    1. Contact
    2. Pre-show Email Sent Time
    3. Post-show Email Sent Time
    4. Event Cancellation Email Sent Time

5. Switch to your filters tab, add a filter for the Ticketable Event you want to see, then click "Save & Run"

6. Fill in the form and click Save

  1. Report Name: AutoComms: Recipients by Show
  2. Report Description: to see which automated communications have gone out to which patrons
  3. Folder: Public Reports
  4. Save it up!

7. There ya go!

8. Come back to this report any time - just update the Ticketable Event filter!
