Seat Notes can be used to notify your patrons of particular characteristics of certain allocations of seats in your venue, such as Obstructed View, Handicap accessible, or Companion Seats.
This article will go over how to add a custom seat note to an allocation of seats in a general admission event.
4. Fill in the Name, Note, Acknowledgement, and Event Instance fields
- The Name is an internal name for the seat note.
- The Note is the seat note that will appear in the cart area at checkout.
- The Acknowledgement will present text to the patron in a pop-up window, prompting them to confirm their choice.
