Does your organization sell merchandise or concessions online or onsite?
With Retail in PatronManager, you can showcase, sell, and upsell merchandise with a sleek, image-forward experience both from PatronManager Box Office (PMBO) and the Public Ticketing Site (PTS)!

How does Retail work in PatronManager?
Retail in PatronManager is built from the Retail Inventory, which can be accessed from the PatronTicket Hub.
You can also get to Retail Inventory from the App Launcher.
From the Retail Inventory, you can then create Retail Categories for different types of items, like concessions or different kinds of merchandise, like shirts or playbills.
Within each Retail Category, you can create Product Types. In this example, our Retail Category of Concessions has the different types of concessions offered as the Product Types: candy, chips, cookies, and drinks.
Then each Product Type has different Product Stocks. In this example, our Product Type of Cookies has the different kinds of cookies offered as Product Stocks, starting with Chocolate Chip.
Each Product Stock then has Price Levels to sell.
What kinds of things can we sell with Retail?
What you sell with Retail is up to you! Drink tickets, merchandise, playbills; the sky's the limit.
That said, Retail in PatronManager works best if you'd like to sell things alongside tickets, like using custom cart text to direct patrons purchasing a ticket to an event to also purchase a playbill or drink voucher with their ticket.
How do we sell Retail?
Retail can be sold from PatronManager Box Office (PMBO) and online via the Public Ticketing Site (PTS) the same way a regular ticket, membership or subscription is sold!

Can we run reports about the Retail we sell?
You can run reports about Retail. In addition to custom reports, you can also run pre-built financial reports.

What does this feature cost?
Selling retail doesn't cost anything extra!
Please note that if you are on a fee-based contract, PatronManager Fees (PM Fees) will still apply to retail. The best way to find out what, if any, PM Fees you're charged is to check your contract directly.

Any reason to *not* sell Retail via PatronManager?
Retail in PatronManager works best if you'd like to sell things alongside tickets, like using custom cart text to direct patrons purchasing a ticket to an event to also purchase a playbill or concessions with their ticket.
You can also gate access to Retail with Passcodes or Access Codes to give your members and VIPs exclusive access to retail items. Note that pre-sale access is not currently available for Retail items.
Selling Retail onsite with PatronManager requires internet access and a PatronManager login, just like selling tickets.
