All of your active Ticketable Events and Event Instances are set to automatically appear on the "All Events" page of your public ticketing site when they go on sale, and they disappear once the sale is over. Most of our clients just link directly to the "All Events" page.
Sometimes, however, you may want to highlight a specific Event or Event Instance with a direct link, or to skip the "All Events" page entirely and just link directly to all of your Events. This article will show you how.
1. Head to PatronTicket Hub, and click on Event Inventory
2. Find the Ticketable Event you'd like to link and click on the name
- Use the filters to search for the Ticketable Event
- Click "Apply Filter"
- Click on the Event name
3. Scroll down to the "Direct Link" field - this is the direct link you can use for this Ticketable Event
Anyone who clicks on this link will go directly to the corresponding Event page on the Public Ticketing Site, which contains any active Event Instances
4. You can also link directly to specific Event Instances - click on the Event Instance you'd like to link to
5. The Direct Link is located above the Ticket Allocations - copy and paste it into your website to link to just this performance
6. The link goes directly to the seat selection page for that event
