In the December 2019 Release, PatronManager introduced a new Reporting app. But where are CRM Snapshots?

You'll need to manually add the CRM Snapshots tab to the new app with a few steps. This should take about five minutes to update - let's get it done!

1. Click the gear in the upper right, then click Setup

2. Search for and click on App Manager

3. Scroll down to find "PMGR Reporting", click the dropdown arrow on that row, then click "Edit"

4. Click on "Navigation Items"

5. Find "CRM Snapshots" in the list of Available Items, select it, and click the arrow to move it over to the list of Selected Items

6. Save!

All set! Now you'll be able to easily access CRM Snapshots with your other reporting tools.
