As in every release, we make improvements to existing features in addition to creating new features. Here is an overview of design updates and bug fixes included in this release:

Layout Changes to Filter Options on Certain Pages

You'll see a few minor changes to the layout of the filters that appear at the top of certain ticketing-related pages -- all the filters you're accustomed to are still there, just arranged slightly differently. Here's an example, from the PatronTicket Orders tab:

You'll notice similar layout changes in the following tabs and pages:

  • Discount Codes
  • Event Inventory
  • PatronTicket Orders
  • Event Instance

(Also, we've made search a little smarter, and removed all the text about using asterisks as wild cards.)

(We've made these changes because we're working on something really exciting: PatronManager will soon utilize Salesforce's new streamlined and more modern "Lightning Experience" user interface! You'll hear much more about this from us in the coming months.)

Bug Fixes

  • The Venues tab now shows up to 1,000 venues, instead of just the first 100 in the list.
  • Member discount text ("add to cart to see member discount") now displays correctly on the Public Ticket Site for logged-in members.
  • We fixed an intermittent issue with selling Memberships online.
  • Box Office Reports now correctly classify fulfillment items that are refunded as a donation when the whole subscription is refunded.
  • The message that appeared when viewing certain packaged email templates ("Error occurred trying to load the template for preview: invalid ID field: null.") will no longer appear.
