When you write in to client services to report a bug or issue, we often reply letting you know it's been passed on to the product development team to be resolved. We mean it! We identified and fixed 45 issues this time around.
General Ticketing
Added ability to print more details on receipt and signature cards.
Clarified error message on Public Ticket Site that appears when no Order Source is chosen.
Corrected field alignment on Event Instance edit page.
Improved handling of the credit card number field on reservation orders.
Corrected reporting issue with certain partial payment orders.
Improved what happens when a discount code is deleted.
Made expiration dates for stored payment methods visible when they're chosen in the Quick Order Form.
Fixed alignment of column headers in scheduled box office reports.
Fixed a bug that prevented the ability to associate more than 30,000 price levels to a single discount code.
Blocked confirmation emails from sending to bounced email addresses.
Fixed several issues with ticket order processing, exchanges, and event setup when using Internet Explorer 11.
Fixed an issue that broke the print-at-home ticket preview button in some circumstances.
Fixed several issues regarding "zombie" views in Box Office Express.
Corrected event cloning behavior so that allocations don't end up with null quantities.
Prevented changing event seating type once the event has already been configured.
Prevented an edge case that allowed "Buy X, Get Y Free" to be used incorrectly.
Fixed a layout issue in the Patron Portal Ticket Order History tab.
Subscriptions
Several improvements to the subscription building process, including better filtering and sorting when adding price levels to a package.
Handle changes to the price of subscription package better.
Handle "-" character in seat assignment names more gracefully during subscription renewal.
Reinstated logic that requires qualification of fixed subscription orders before fulfillment.
Added "Subscription No Longer Available" message for Choose Your Own subscriptions when no events in the subscription are available.
Better error reporting during subscription renewal processing.
Blocked general admission subscriptions from fulfilling twice when renewed through Portal.
Corrected Event Summary Report to correctly count subscription exchanges with upcharges.
Improved ability to change subscription seat assignments when moving between sections.
Allow users to choose events when exchanging for Choose Your Own subscriptions.
Properly handle applying order fees during subscription renewal.
Refunds/Exchanges
Improved speed of refunds and exchanges when a confirmation email is sent.
Fixed a bug that prevented refunds of just order and delivery fees.
Improved checkbox behavior for refund and exchange confirmation emails.
Fixed the broken refund confirmation email when refunding a partially paid order that has a donation.
Exposed exchange fees in the order history tab of Patron Portal.
Donations
Prevented credit card field from clearing when clicking submit on credit card donations.
Fixed donation qualification behavior to update company field on contacts when appropriate.
Implemented better alerts if a donation acknowledgment email template is missing when qualifying ticket orders.
Better handling of refunded donations in recurring donations.
Fixed suggested donation field on comp. orders through the public ticket site.
Added a Chargeback Pending stage for donations.
Added new processing status for donations that are refunded.
Gift Aid field is now an option for Donation Forms.
Other
Excluded orders in "Reservation" status (and others) from CRM Snapshot results.
Fixed a few issues with the Signup Form Setup interface.
Prevented updating of the Email Status field during qualification when it should not be updated.
Deprecated PatronMail Status field and added "deprecated" text to field label.
