Fees aren't the only improvements you'll find with this PatronManager release! Here are a few others.

Ticket Sales Improvements

Pick-Your-Own-Seat venues with only one section group bypass the section selection page in both the Event Inventory tab and the Quick Order Form. (Note that this does not affect the Public Ticketing Site; your patrons will still see the venue section map in all cases.)

More Specific Reporting Dates

When filtering Box Office Reports by date, the time (in seconds) is now included in the report, so that you know exactly what time period you're looking at.

Internal Ticket Order Custom Fields

You now have the ability to add custom fields to ticket orders for internal use only. These fields are different from the custom questions you can include for your patrons, visible to your patrons on the Public Ticketing Site or in confirmation emails. With these new custom fields you can keep internal notes about patrons or add special links that will generate invoices if you're using Conga Composer.

New Grant Process

There's a new process to manage Grants. In addition to a new record type to be used for Grant Payments, we've added an "Amount Paid" field to the Grant record so that you can quickly tell the status of that Grant.

Box Office Express Improvements

You'll notice the link to Box Office Express has been moved to a new section of the sidebar on your homescreen. This makes it easier to find, and the page opens in a new tab so that you can more easily navigate back to other PatronManager screens.

Subscription price levels are now excluded from your options in Box Office Express. This will result in a shorter list of price levels to choose from, making it easier and faster to find the price levels you need.

Assign Donation Forms to Campaigns

If you're running a campaign using the Campaigns feature in Salesforce, and you've created a dedicated donation form for that campaign, you can now set that campaign as the default for the form. This means donations will be automatically assigned to the Campaign record, making it easier than ever to track the progress of your fundraising campaigns in real time.
