Ticket Orders
PatronManager now...
Presents a clearer error message with simple instructions when you attempt to process a membership order that has an email address already tied to a Portal user.
Blocks tickets from incorrectly being added to an already completed Ticket Order (in at least one scenario).
Consistently enforces the requirement that Orders must be associated with a contact before fulfilling a combination PYOS and GA Subscription package.
Limits the length of ticket order journal entries to 1000 characters to prevent errors.
Displays refund items in chronological order on the Select Refund Items page.
Ensures that Fulfillment Items do not get erroneously deleted from Ticket Orders.
Deletes any extra single tickets added to renewal orders when a patron chooses not to renew.
Subscriptions
PatronManager now...
Correctly allows renewal of subscriptions with both General Admission and Pick Your Own Seat shows.
Disallows renewals without saved price level mappings.
Implements the ability to "retire" a venue during subscription renewal in the case that a venue is no longer in use.
Makes sure all subscription orders are Qualified before they can be renewed.
Has updated language for Subscription Seat Assignment creation to account for contacts without existing ones.
Automatically deletes Subscription Seat Assignments for pre-qualified draft orders that are auto-deleted by the system.
Has better logic for automatically marking Subscription Status as Filled, especially for out-of-series fulfillments.
Disallows sale of a subscription that has a sold-out allocation on the Quick Order Form.
Identifies the name of Subscription Ticket Order Items in Item Name syntax on the Ticket Order.
Updates prices of fulillment items when using the "Modify Selected Subscriptions" button before submitting a ticket order.
Event Inventory
PatronManager now...
Properly populates the "No Longer On Sale" message on direct links to Event Instances with an Instance Date in the past.
Disallows cloning of Event Instances that are tied to inactive Venues.
Requires the Subscription Type field on a Subscription Ticketable Event is filled out, and makes it unchangeable once Price Levels are associated.
Only considers public allocations when calculating the maximum and minimum visible prices on the public site.
Notifies you that for Discount Codes using the Single Transaction Limit field, the limit is not enforced for subscription items.
Adds a required checkbox in Event cloning operation for PYOS instances in order to confirm the chosen venue.
Displays an error message when over 1000 price levels have been associated with a subscription.
Transactions
PatronManager now...
Allows Third Party refunds on partial payments if all payments have the same Third Party payment method.
Allows Third Party payment methods for exchange upcharges and downcharges.
Maintains the set amount specified for a partial payment when a contact is chosen from the Existing Contact lookup.
Properly distributes partial payments on Ticket Orders with donations.
Has better handling of distribution of fees in exchanges with both paid and Comp items.
Carries Effective Item Price over in GA exchanged subscription fulfillment items processed with a Comp payment method.
Financial Reporting
PatronManager now...
Properly accounts for Partially Paid items in the Subscription Breakout Report.
Shows Grand Total on Sales Summary Report regardless of grouping method.
Miscellaneous
PatronManager now...
Prints the correct transaction date and time on Ticket Order signature cards.
Respects the order set in the Supported Delivery Methods picklist when displaying Delivery Methods on the public ticketing site.
Allows confirmation email templates to be cloned for custom templates.
Displays more user-friendly language on the public ticketing site when the cart is empty due to timing out.
