This note is for clients who sell subscriptions and began using PatronManager before June 2015. If that’s not you, you can skip to the next section!

It’s been over a year since we introduced Enhanced Subscription reporting, and since then, 99.99% of PatronManager clients have fully transitioned to using these improved financial reports. We're now phasing out the "backwards compatibility" feature we implemented at the time, which means we've removed the “Disable Enhanced Subscription Reporting” checkbox on events.

If you attempt to process an exchange and encounter a warning message telling you to disable this feature to proceed, please follow the instructions in that message, and use the red “Submit a Support Request” button to contact the PatronManager Client Support team for help.
