When you write in to client services to report a bug or issue, we often reply letting you know it's been passed on to the product development team to be resolved. We mean it! We identified and fixed 35 issues this time around:
Donations
Fixed a bug that caused Donation forms to break if there were two email templates with the same name.
Fixed two bugs preventing multi-select picklists on donation forms from working.
Improved error messages for a variety of scenarios on donation forms.
Fixed behavior that tried to send thank you emails for recurring donations where the donor did not provide an email address.
Corrected an issue when resolving confirmation exceptions for recurring donations that sometimes created a duplicate set of payments.
Fixed donation form errors caused by a missing or inactive Donation Administrator.
Restored credit card swiper support on the New Credit Card Donation page.
Ticketing
Wrote a clearer error message for certain credit card processing failures.
Improved alerts warning about missing/inactive email templates.
Corrected some penny rounding math on partially paid subscription orders.
Added alert when viewing the print-at-home ticket preview if ticket file size is too large.
Box Office Express now works in Windows 8.
Wrote clearer information text on Ticket Order exchange page.
Eliminated error message when trying to qualify an order immediately after printing tickets.
Blocked orders in Payment and Confirmation Exception statuses from being printed.
Corrected a problem where subscription fulfillment items weren't being added properly in exchanges.
Sales Summary Report can now be grouped by Event Instance without grouping by Event first.
Deleting Price Levels will also delete the corresponding Discount Code Price Level Associations (just cleaning up after ourselves).
Increased the number of price levels that can be associated with a discount code.
Corrected error handling when the Order Confirmation Template is deactivated.
Better reporting on Chargeback Pending orders.
Minor fixes to the Event Inventory pages (including a layout change).
Added 2023 and 2024 as available expiration years for credit cards.
Fixed the missing Facebook logo on the Post to Facebook button.
Updated email templates for scheduled box office reports to include missing fees.
Made state abbreviation a required field when setting up state lists.
Fixed one spot in PatronPortal where automatic discounts were not being applied correctly.
Prevented "Enter" key from submitting the wrong button when entering a discount code on the public site.
Fixed a bug that prevented ad-hoc discounts from being applied when modifying items in an order.
Corrected public site to display $0.00 instead of blanks on the cart page.
Added more help text to the Subscription Renewal tab.
Hid the "Donated Ticket Event" from the Event Instance list in the quick order form.
Fixed a bug that allowed Box Office Express to delete completed orders.
Other
When you're done qualifying a Donation/Ticket Order/Contact, return to the list or order where you started.
Added support for To Be Qualified contacts created from custom sources.
Fixed "insert" behavior to properly update Salutation fields on Individual Accounts.
Several fixes to clean up the CRM Snapshot tab, especially for orgs who run lots of queries.
