We've made it through all those April showers (and an unseasonably cold start to the season, here at our New York offices), and now we're pleased to welcome Spring to all our clients, with 17 new features in this latest release.

In this release...

  • Greater flexibility in your ticket order delivery and on-sale communications: event-specific delivery methods & email templates, and a "Not On Sale Yet" message for the public ticket site.
  • The ability to search and filter your Event Inventory tab.
  • Automatic renewal for Recurring Donations.
  • A brand new option for Discount Codes, allowing you to require a minimum number of tickets.
  • Order processing improvements, including displaying price ranges in the seat hover box.
  • The ability to print door and entrance labels on tickets.
  • More improvements to analytics tracking.
  • Mobile-optimized email sign-up and donation forms.
  • A wide range of on-demand features, including a new marketing report and a printable Account summary document for important donor-courting meetings.
  • Plus, we've highlighted our favorite features from the Salesforce Spring '14 Release.
  • And, as always, a roundup of bug fixes.

May 2014 Release Notes Webinar

So far this year...

Our February 2014 release included:

  • An entirely new way to offer your patrons memberships and benefits, including automatic discounts and early access for members.
  • New confirmation emails for refunds and exchanges on ticket orders.
  • Our new and improved barcode scanning app, which now includes real-time validation and access control.
  • Improved analytics tracking.
  • And lots of smaller tweaks and bug fixes.

Highlights from 2013...

Memories! We had 6 major releases in 2013. Some highlights include automatic suggested donations on ticket orders, custom badges for VIP contacts, automatic recurring credit card donations (both online and offline), a redesign of the print-at-home ticket, mobile-friendly ticketing pages, stored payment methods on ticket orders, and our MailChimp integration for PatronManager, PatronChimp.
