What's New in This Release
We have some very exciting improvements and announcements for you in the June 2016 release of PatronManager!
Gift Certificates
We are ready to announce the first version of our Gift Certificates program.
We have signed a partnership with a leading national gift card company, Smart Transaction Systems, and we've been beta-testing this service with a select group of clients for the past 3-6 months.
We received some great positive feedback from our beta clients, and it's time to open up the program to all of you. You can read all about it in the next article of the Release Notes.
Updates to CRM Snapshots: Re-run a Snapshot, and add more filters
Your CRM Snapshots just got a little snappier.
We've added some frequently requested new capabilities to our CRM Snapshots, including the ability to re-run a previously run Snapshot with the same parameters, and some additional filters that you can use to further refine your Snapshots for sending targeted messages.
Other improvements and new Salesforce features
In this release, we have also included other important enhancements, like more ways to use custom Ticket Order fields, a few clarifying changes to the language on your Disbursement Report, and (as always) bug fixes.
You can also take advantage of some crucial new features that were included in Salesforce's Summer '16 release, like spell-check for global search and native support to connect Contacts to multiple Accounts.

Fees Redux
In our February 2016 release, we totally reimagined how PatronManager handles fees.
PatronManager's brand new Fee Setup Wizard gives you more options for automatically applying and waiving fees in accordance with your unique business practices. You might have a fee for phone orders that you'd like to be able to waive ad-hoc, a non-waiveable fee that you must charge on all tickets to a certain venue, or maybe a fee that should only apply to Group Sales -- for almost any scenario, we can create rules that will automatically apply or waive fees, and make sure they're labeled appropriately on your online site and in your reports.

Grant Payments
We also officially turned grant payment tracking into a standard PatronManager feature. Now, you can use the Grants and Grant Payments tool to track your grants from preparation to application to completion, maintain better internal communication of the status of each Grant, and perform shrewder retroactive analysis of grants you did or did not receive. It's all there--right in your PatronManager account.
