Welcome to the February 2017 Release Notes! With this release, which will be rolling out over the next few weeks, we're thrilled to announce a new experience for selling single tickets:

  • We’ve completely redesigned and replaced the interface for selecting events and adding tickets to your patrons’ orders. This is the first phase in a redesign of the tool you use to create and sell orders from the box office (commonly referred to as the "Quick Order Form" or "QOF").
  • In the new Add Tickets Path, you'll find a streamlined look and feel, and a simplified interface that anticipates the conversations you have with your patrons. It'll help you find events and seats far more quickly and easily than ever before.
  • We've created the PatronTicket Hub, a single place where you can quickly select from among box office tasks that were previously found on various screens throughout PatronManager. Click here to learn how to add this tab to your navigation bar.
  • This release also adds a cash management tool that calculates for you how much change to make for cash sales, and it enables you to apply member discounts automatically in Box Office Express.

Finally, you'll find our normal roundup of recent bug fixes and new Salesforce features, plus an important announcement about barcode scanning. And, last but not least, a big shoutout to the clients who helped us develop this new release.
