Thank you for continuing to report unusual behavior in PatronManager! Based on your feedback, here's what we've fixed in this release.

Public Ticket Site

Adjusted logic on PatronPortal so that deleted subscription fulfillment items are not listed for Pending Renewal orders.

Updated PatronPortal’s Donation History tab to list the Close Date, rather than the Created Date, of each Donation.

Updated Public Ticket Site so that tickets to Subscription events are not available to print when they're not supposed to be.

Financial Reporting

Improved Daily Sales Report to display Fulfillment Item Returns in their proper category (rather than as Single Tickets) when they are refunded as Chargeback.

Updated exported version of Event Summary Report to remove a link that went nowhere.

Error Messages

Updated ticketing confirmation emails so that they no longer display an error message when you view them in Setup.

Adjusted notification that populates when the user sends a Donation Payment Exception email to Client Admin to remove reference to a non-existent “error.”

Updated Ticket Orders’ Payment Exception information box so that the message displays only once.

Copy-edited an error message on the Event Instance page so that the message matches the field.

Miscellaneous

Adjusted Recurring Donation structure to account for Canadian date format.

Fixed a scenario in which navigating back during Subscription Fulfillment of a Pick Later subscription would create an error.
