This article is old!  Wouldn't you rather read something... fresher?

There may be outdated information or suggestions in this article that made sense at the time of the release, but no longer.  For the most up-to-date information about this topic, use a keyword in the search bar above.  If you're looking for more current release notes, you can find those here.

For those organizations using a point-of-sale printer to print hard tickets, you can now track whether specific ticket order items have already been printed, and track reprints as well. This feature is turned on by default -- if you don't wish to use it, contact us and let us know.

Clicking the "Print Selected Tickets" button on a Ticket Order to generate the ticket PDF marks those order items as having been printed. (Refresh or revisit the ticket order to see the change.)

If you print those same ticket order items again, the word "REPRINT" will appear on them.

We've also implemented a "hidden" page to allow the box office manager to override the "printed status" of any item, and allow it to be printed without being marked as a reprint. This URL should only be given to user(s) that are allowed to freely reprint tickets. The admin user or box office manager of your organization should contact us to receive the link. (We'll also be covering this in future training sessions.)
