What's New in This Release
This month's release greatly expands the control you have over fees on ticket sales, subscriptions, and memberships. You've told us you wanted more options for what your fees are called, how and why they're assessed, how they appear to your patrons, and how you can report on them. We heard things like this:
- "We want to charge a facility fee on every ticket, separate from our normal per-ticket fee.”
- "We charge order fees only on membership and subscription orders.”
- "We want to waive order fees on walk-up orders."
- "We want to charge a $2 fee for phone orders but $4 for online orders."
- “We don't charge a delivery fee, but we do want to assess a processing fee for orders placed online.”
Now you'll be able to collect the fees you need and, with a brand new Fee Setup tool, easily create scenarios ranging from simple to very complex for when each fee is assessed, making your processes more efficient and your lives easier.
