September 2014 Release Overview

The summer heat has broken, and it's time for jackets, pumpkin spice lattes, and a new PatronManager release! This release includes features that will help you learn about your patrons and make more informed decisions about your marketing and fundraising efforts.

In this release...

  • See your patrons' ticketing history at a glance with Ticket Order history summary fields.
  • Several new CRM Snapshots to help you get to know your patrons.
  • Introducing our new all-in-one barcode scanner.
  • Printed ticket enhancements, including extra fields and a second barcode.
  • Quicker and easier door list reports.
  • Event-specific confirmation emails for memberships and subscriptions.
  • And, as always, smaller bug fixes and tweaks to improve your overall experience!

So far this year...

Some highlights of the features we've released already this year:

  • An entirely new way to offer your patrons memberships and benefits, including automatic discounts and early access for members.
  • Greater flexibility in your ticket order delivery and on-sale communications: event-specific delivery methods & email templates, and a "Not On Sale Yet" message for the public ticket site.
  • A brand new option for discount codes, allowing you to require a minimum number of tickets.
  • New confirmation emails for refunds and exchanges on ticket orders.
  • Our new and improved barcode scanning app, which now includes real-time validation and access control.
  • Improved analytics tracking.
  • And lots of smaller tweaks and bug fixes.
