May 2020 Release Webinar
Recorded April 30, 2020
New solutions for your evolving needs
The world is changing quickly and presenting new challenges due to COVID-19. We're here to help, and we're working to provide you with new options for the shifting environment as quickly as possible, such as:
Are you offering digital content to your patrons in response to COVID-19? Do you want to be able to ticket those experiences and gather patron data in the process? We're preparing to launch a beta for selling controlled access to live-streamed online events via PatronManager, and we're looking for organizations with live-streaming events planned in late May or June to participate in the pilot.
Interested in joining the virtual events pilot program? Submit a support request through the Community and we'll be in touch soon!
To help you maximize your revenue toward future events, we're offering a special deal on our partnership integration with STS gift cards. Sell gift cards online to bring in revenue now, and allow your patrons to redeem those gift cards later on the Public Ticketing Site. And if you sign up in April or May, we'll also waive the one-time setup fee!
For details on this special offer, submit a support request through the Community.
Do you have an educational program - for kids, for adults, or both? Our partners at CourseStorm have a range of great options for class registration, and they've recently expanded their functionality to better support online classes specifically.
Plus, you can automatically bring CourseStorm data into PatronManager via the free PatronStorm integration, so you can report on your patrons ticketing, donation, and education activity - all in one place.

Other improvements and bug fixes
With each release we take the opportunity to improve your PatronManager experience and tidy up bits of unexpected behavior. Click the titles to expand for more info about:
If you head over to the Financial Reports Tab, you'll notice that the first report on the list is now called the Credit Card Reconciliation Report:
As noted in the report description, you'll use this report to reconcile with your credit card processor and, if applicable, your PatronManager Settlement Report.
The Credit Card Reconciliation report was formerly called the Disbursement Reconciliation Report -- we adjusted the name to better reflect its current purpose, but the report itself has not changed.
Our April Product Update had an unintended side effect in PatronManager Box Office, where a color change on the checkboxes to indicate that a ticket had been printed, emailed, or marked as attended suddenly made them difficult to read. This has been fixed, so these checkboxes are once again easy to spot!
That's all for this release!
