Send Box Office Reports to Public Groups
When you're scheduling future runs on a Box Office Report (such as the Daily Sales Report or a Performance Report), you can select a Public Group as your email recipients. Everyone in the group will receive the report on the schedule you define.
To set up a Public Group, navigate to Setup | Administer | Manage Users | Public Groups and click "New".
Credit Card Donations
We're introducing a new method for resolving payment and confirmation exceptions in this release. Instead of clicking the "Process Credit Card Transaction" button on the problematic donation, you'll now click the "Resolve Payment / Confirmation Exception" link.
Once you've clicked the link, you'll see clear instructions on how to proceed:
PatronTicket Donation Origins
We've added some clarity to the Donation Origin field that we introduced in our August release, specifically for Ticket Order donations.
- If the Donation was submitted as part of the Ticket Order purchase, the Donation Origin will be "Ticket Order."
- If the Donation is the result of a refund, the Donation Origin will be "Ticket Order Refund."
