For the most part, exchanging and refunding tickets for GA events works the same as for reserved seating events. (Click here to review the general refund/exchange process.) Here's the difference you need to be aware of:

For some GA refunds, choose "Exchange" instead of "Refund"

For some GA refunds, choose "Exchange" instead of "Refund"

For GA events, if you need to refund ONE ticket out of a line item that has a quantity of TWO tickets, choose "exchange" instead of "refund." (If you want to refund BOTH tickets, just click "refund.")

Exchange the 2 tickets for 1 ticket

Proceed with your exchange, replacing your 2-ticket line item with a 1-ticket line item. The "Difference In Cost" will be the cost of one ticket. Click Submit Exchange.

You'll see the same "credit method" options as you would for any other refund. Choose the one you want, and click submit.

Again -- full refunds of GA events can be processed normally. The above instructions only apply if you need to do a partial refund of a single line item.
