Ticket Order Changes: Edit or Delete Draft Orders: https://help.pm.leapevent.tech/a/25581
This article is old! Wouldn't you rather read something... fresher?
There may be outdated information or suggestions in this article that made sense at the time of the release, but no longer. For the most up-to-date information about this topic, use a keyword in the search bar above. If you're looking for more current release notes, you can find those here.
Every time you create a new Ticket Order, it's automatically saved as a Draft. Draft orders that don't get completed or saved as a Reservation are deleted automatically after 1 hour. If you need to edit or delete a draft order, you can now see a list of them: just choose "My Draft Orders" in the View filter at the top of the ticket orders page.
It's called "My Draft Orders" because you'll only see orders that your own PatronManager user account created. (This means you won't accidentally delete an order that a patron is trying to place via your website.)
Why might this feature be important? If you start creating a ticket order, and have already added tickets to it, but then lose your Internet connection or close your browser or accidentally navigate away, you can't sell those tickets to anyone until the draft order is deleted or re-started.
