Add Images to Your Point-of-Sale Tickets!

Want to brand your point-of-sale tickets with your organization logo or an image for a specific event? Now you can!

We've introduced a new "Organization Point-of-Sale Image" field that allows you to define an image or logo that prints on all of your tickets.

Not only that, the "Event Point-of-Sale Image" field allows you to select a different image to print based on each specific event (like a particular show's logo, or a visiting company's branding).

Your tickets could end up looking something like this:

Add Images to Your Point-of-Sale Tickets!

Patrons can quickly and easily print their tickets immediately upon completing their purchase by using the new "Print Your Tickets" link on their Order Confirmation page. This button or link will appear when your patrons select email as their delivery method. (The patron will still receive an email with the PDF attachment, in case they can't or don't want to print right away.)

Print-at-Home Tickets Available Instantly

For security purposes, the link expires after 10 minutes if the patron is not logged into Portal, but the version delivered via email can be printed at any time leading up to the event.

Portal users, on the other hand, will be able to log in at any time and print their tickets before the show.

Discount Improvements

Minimum Number of Events Discount Code

You can encourage patrons to purchase tickets to more events by offering a highly flexible membership or subscription using the "Minimum Number of Unique Events" field on discount codes. You can specify how many of a particular set of events your patrons must purchase in a single order in order to receive the discount.

New Subscription Discount Options: Flat Rate and Fixed Price

In addition to percentage discounts, you can now create flat or fixed price discounts for subscriptions. These can be done with discount codes that are shared with your patrons or applied ad-hoc from the Price Level Selection or Ticket Order Item Modification pages.
