As always, at the same time as we've been working on bringing you new features, we're continually improving on the features that we already have in order to clear up inefficiencies and fix unusual behavior that you report. Here's what we've fixed up for the June 2016 release.

Ticketing

Improved and clarified the error message that appears on the Public Ticket Site in certain cases when an order fails during checkout (and added fields in PatronTicket Settings to allow organizations to specify box office contact information for the error message).

Updated the Payment Exception error message so that it doesn't display multiple times in certain cases.

Stopped inactive seat assignments from getting in the way of fulfilling subscriptions and saving seat assignments for other patrons.

Updated the Box Office Express app so that the user only needs to authorize the app once to log in.

Properly zero out fees on subscription orders marked as Did Not Renew.

Updated printed ticket to properly display grouped fees on the right stub.

Better handling of modified picklist values in Fee Setup.

Properly handle penny rounding on PatronTech fees when exchanging items.

Fixed an issue where the default Payment Method value was not working correctly in the Quick Order Form.

Improve performance and trap possible errors if a user is adding items to their cart on the public site in more than one tab.

"Create Ticket Order" button now loads the Quick Order Form faster and more efficiently.

Reporting

Daily Sales Report now includes fees on chargebacks.

Daily Sales Report now correctly accounts for fulfillment refund quantities that were displaying incorrectly.

Daily Sales Report now includes order-level sales tax in the Payment Summary section, if applicable.

"Receivables" version of Performance Report now correctly displays discounted tickets at the discounted rate.

Disbursement Report now correctly excludes fulfillment items.

Subscription Breakout Report has been optimized to run more efficiently (or at all, in some cases). 

Subscription Breakout Report now correctly reports subscription package downcharges in all situations. 

Portal

Improved purchasing process (and stopped showing error message) when a portal user updates their Billing Information while checking out.

Made changes to the reset password page so that once a user starts the password reset process, they must successfully complete it before browsing for events.

Miscellaneous

Updated typo in Box Office Express

Remove non-refunded Order Fees from Refund Confirmation Email
