Thank you for continuing to report unusual behavior in PatronManager! Based on your feedback, here's what we've fixed in this release.

  • Portal users can once again update their own email address/Portal username for login.
  • Fee rules were not being re-evaluated under a specific set of circumstances when running exchanges -- we have fixed that to make sure the fee rules are properly respected.
  • Fixed an issue that would cause an error when a Portal user with existing benefits tried to purchase more than one membership at a time.
  • Adjusted Ticket Order Import Wizard to allow labels for imported item fees.
  • Changed the behavior of the "Attended" check box on the "Find patrons who have made their first and only ticket purchase within a timeframe" snapshot so that it applies only to patrons that attended the first and only performance that they purchased tickets to, and does not result in “false positives” for organizations that only recently started using barcode scanning.
  • Ensured that all organizations’ CRM Snapshot completion alert emails include the name and description of the snapshot.
  • Made performance enhancements to the "Find patrons who have purchased tickets to some Event Instances, but not others" snapshot so that it won't get stuck when querying very large amounts of data.
