With this upgrade, you can get better reporting on the success of your online ad campaigns for individual events: We’ve added the ability to run specific tracking and analytics codes on each event you sell through your Public Ticket Site.
With Google Analytics, Mogo Interactive Pixels, Facebook Pixel Tracking, or any other digital tracking system you use, you can capture the ROI of a specific ad campaign by adding your tracking code directly to the event in PatronManager.
Use this feature to track your patrons all the way through the purchase process -- see how they got to your site, all the pages they visited in between, how long it took them to convert into a sale, and how much they spent on each event in their orders.
All you need to do is insert it in the “Event Tracking Code” field on the Ticketable Event.
