With volunteers and part-time staff constantly rotating through your box office, it can be difficult to properly communicate all of the details about each show your venue is hosting. Moreover, if you have a full slate of different performers every week, it's impossible for your staff to remember all the details!

Introducing the New Event Help Text for Box Office Staff!

This feature, available only in the new Add Tickets Path, gives you space to communicate the essentials about every performance with your staff.

Use this space for adding information like running time, Event description, and recommended ages into the field on the Event, and it'll appear in the Add Tickets Path when the user chooses that Event.

Simply enter text into the Internal Description field on the Event itself, and it'll pop up when members of your box office staff need it:

This field will appear automatically when the release is installed in your account, but it is not made visible in the sales process until you've activated the new Add Tickets Path.
