In this release...

This release includes 15 new features across PatronManager:  

  • Upgrades to ticket order processing, including the ability to store and reuse payment methods.
  • Several improvements to discount code management.
  • Changes to make donation credit card processing easier.
  • The official release of our MailChimp integration for PatronManager, which we're calling PatronChimp.
  • Over 30 small tweaks and bug fixes.

The other exciting news is that we recently hired a new developer for our team. This is great for us AND for you, because it's helping us build PatronManager even faster -- that means you can expect more features, more fixes, and more of what you need to get the most out of the system.

Past releases in 2013...

Here's a quick recap of what we've delivered so far this year, in case you've missed any of our previous release notes:

  • February: BOGO discounts, customizable "upsell" text on the shopping cart page, automatic suggested donations on ticket orders, personalization in PatronMail, and custom badges for VIP contacts.
  • March: We gave you the ability to refund order and delivery fees, added a "formatted event name" field for printing on tickets, and fixed the ability to renew subscriptions with mixed-seating (GA and PYOS) packages in the subscription renewal process.
  • April: A complete redesign of the CRM Snapshots tab with several new snapshot options, batch printing for single tickets, credit card swiping for donations, the Sales Overview report, and the ability to refund credit card donations on your own (without having to ask us for help).
  • June: We built automatic recurring credit card donations (both online and offline), and made a major structural change to qualification that laid the groundwork for this month's new stored payment methods feature.
  • August: We launched a redesign of the print-at-home ticket, introduced mobile-friendly ticketing pages, made improvements to credit card and recurring donations, and upgraded the PatronManager Help Tab.
