Welcome to the September 2016 Release Notes

Welcome to the September 2016 Release Notes.

We are pleased to deliver some highly requested features this summer. We think you will enjoy this collection of new improvements and updates to PatronManager!

Here’s what you’ll find in this release:

  • An Entry Note field that lets you set an identifier on each Ticket Order (like “Major Donor” or “Board Member”) and see it pop up when you scan the ticket in.
  • A new option to let you refund to stored credit with our Gift Certificates solution.
  • Automatic selection of the Recurring Donation acknowledgment template for Recurring Donation forms.
  • And a few other awesome improvements and bug fixes.

And in case you missed it, you can review these features we’ve already delivered this year:

  • The new Fee Setup Wizard lets you easily create and automate complex fee structures, to minimize user error in application and waiving of fees.
  • Our partnership with Smart Transaction Systems, a leading gift card company, lets your patrons buy plastic cards, e-cards, and mobile cards.
  • With CRM Snapshots, you can re-run the same snapshot again, and add Account Rollups to more Snapshots.
  • You can now use the Grant Payment process to track the entire process of researching, preparing, and (hopefully!) winning a grant in a more sophisticated way.
  • You now have more control over your public and private Ticket Order fields, to keep your internal notes private, and keep your Quick Order Form clean.

Keep reading to hear about the new features in this release!
