We’ve added the option to filter your item list by Allocation, which means you’ll be able to apply the first price level to all items whenever you need. Simply select an allocation from picklist to filter and the button will appear!

In the new Add Tickets Path, seat maps and quantities update automatically every 60 seconds, but you can refresh more frequently by clicking the button whenever you need. The helpful spinner tells you when the refresh is complete, so you can always be sure you’re looking at the most current availability.

We felt the “Change Section” button was a little too far away from the seat map, so we moved it closer!

In the full release notes, we announced that the new Add Tickets Path is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. With this upgrade, we’ve added an error message when you’re using an unsupported browser. This way, there’s no confusion or surprises halfway through a sale.

When selecting between general admission allocations, you’ll be able to see the price range for all available price levels. 

We’ve introduced several helpful new error messages. For example, if you choose seats that are already taken by someone else, we’ll tell you why you can’t select them.

• Submit cash orders in Box Office Express while using Internet Explorer.
• Exchange subscription fulfillment items without deleting seat assignments.
• Drag the scroll bar on seat maps without selecting seats in Firefox.
• Use the lasso after reloading the seat map using browser refresh.
• Select from only those discount codes applicable to the items in the cart.
