Action Required: Verify Your Email Domain by April 27

Salesforce has announced that all email domains must be verified before April 27 to continue sending emails with your "From" addresses.

This includes all emails sent through PatronManager such as confirmations and pre-show emails.

If you haven't already done so, please work with your IT team or the person who manages your website/domain to set up your DKIM Key and verify your domain to avoid email disruption.

You can now offer monthly membership options alongside your existing annual plans. This flexibility helps attract new members, retain current members, and generate predictable, recurring revenue. And the best part? Monthly memberships auto-renew, boosting engagement while saving you time.

The member will receive your auto-renewal email template 7 days before renewal to let them know that their card will be charged, and it all happens seamlessly and automatically on the renewal date. Plus, if they've added their membership card to their Apple or Google wallet, it will automatically update as well!

Images on Digital Membership Cards

Help your membership cards stand out in digital wallets and let your organization's style show! And bonus: since cards in digital wallets now update, you can refresh existing membership cards with a new image whenever you'd like. Highlight your upcoming exhibit, showcase your next season, and more - the choice is yours.

Automatic Wallet Updates for Membership Cards

Membership cards added to Apple or Google Wallet will now update automatically as changes occur. For example, if you upgrade (or downgrade) a membership through an exchange, and when the membership renews (especially helpful for auto-renewal and monthly memberships!).

Note: this change affects membership cards that are added to wallets after this release. Membership cards previously added to wallets will not update, but can be replaced by re-adding the card (or adding the new card at renewal).

Sort the Event Inventory Chronologically by First Instance Date

Need to quickly see just the events that are in the future, perhaps with the shows coming up first on top? Now you can, with no need to creatively adjust Sort Order numbers. You can click the column headers to sort by any column, including the newly added First Instance Date - and/or check the box to filter for Future Events Only:

PM Scanning App updates

You can now enable Dark Mode in the app settings to save some battery and ease the appearance of the app in low light situations.

To make it easier to select the right combination of events to scan, you can now use the Search filter alongside other filters. You can also select multiple events across different filters, even if you can't search for them all at the same time!

Public Ticketing Site improvements

We've made a few quality of life improvements to the PTS recently, including an improved empty state for the cart with a clear call to action to add more things:

We also updated number input fields to use the numeric keypad on iOS devices, clarified page titles for folks using assistive devices, and adjusted the "Total" formatting on the confirmation page.

Now available: Stripe's new S700 Credit Card Reader

The S700 is Stripe's latest and greatest credit card reader, and will eventually replace the current BBPOS WisePOS E. It costs a little bit more, but it's more modern and a bit snappier to use.

You'll eventually want to upgrade (and if/when you need a new reader, consider this one), but there's no rush right now: the WisePOS E will remain available for purchase until February 2027, and Stripe will continue to support it until 2031.
