We already mentioned that you'll be able to track the full amount of your Reservations by using the "Include Receivables" button on the Event Summary and Performance Reports.

But if you want an up-to-the-minute look at the real-time money coming in, you'll need to use a new Custom Report Type called "Ticket Orders with Group Sales and Payments." This will let you create reports that you and your finance team can use to reconcile the revenue that's coming in.

You'll want to clone this report type to make it usable for your organization and the customizations you make to this process. Please refer to the help document for information on how to clone report types and add custom fields to them (or just ask us for help!).

Below is a sample of what your custom report might look like for your Group Sale records.
